Extended Onsite Warranty
1. Scope and Duration of Warranty
The services/products (depending on what ‘works’ refers to) provided by our company are covered by the following warranties: Standard Installation & Product Warranty: Two (2) Year. This provides a one-year installation warranty commencing from the date of completion of the installation. Extended Warranty: Additional One (1) Year (with Self Care Home Protect) Customers with ‘Self Care Home Protect’ are entitled to an additional one-year extended installation or mechanism warranty.
Total Installation Warranty: Three (3) Years
2. Coverage Details
During the warranty period, the company will provide inspection and rectification (repair) for any defects caused by or related to:
Installation Workmanship and Mechanical Parts:
Issues related to the initial installation.
Any operational issue arising directly from an installation error.
Manufacturer Defects: (e.g., internal mechanism faults).
3. Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover the following:
Damages caused by external impact or misuse.
Normal wear and tear.
Consequential or incidental damages, or issues arising from non-covered services, including out-of-territory onsite support or external sources.
